This Privacy Policy describes how CaliberDash collects, uses, and protects information when you use the service.

Information we collect

We collect account information (name, email), organization data you provide, and billing information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you about your account, and process payments.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session — these can't be turned off, since the service can't function without them. With your permission (via the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we also use optional cookies for error reporting and product analytics so we can find and fix problems faster and understand how the service is used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. Separately, our servers record certain account and billing lifecycle events (for example, when an organization is created or a subscription starts) for our own product analytics — this doesn't involve reading or writing anything on your device, so it isn't covered by the cookie banner.

Data sharing

We share data with service providers that support the product — for example Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (error reporting) — only as needed to operate the service.

Data retention

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your organization at any time from Settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. You can download a copy of your account data at any time from Settings > Profile, and permanently delete your account from the same page. Contact us if you need assistance exercising any other rights available to you under applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account owners by email.
