These Terms of Service govern your use of CaliberDash. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. New organizations get a 14-day free trial; a payment method is collected up front and the subscription converts to paid automatically when the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide.

Intellectual property

We own the CaliberDash service and its underlying software. You own the data you and your organization put into it. We don't claim any rights to your organization's data beyond what's needed to provide the service to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaliberDash isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CaliberDash is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account owners by email.
